People, Planet, Profit
People
We invest in the development and well-being of our employees and strive for a safe and inclusive working environment. In addition, we maintain sustainable relationships with our partners and customers, based on trust and transparency.
Planet (Environment)
Estillon is committed to minimizing our ecological footprint. An example of this is our 'Green Choice' line, where we produce underlays from recycled materials such as PET bottles and recycled polyurethane foam. These products contribute to waste reduction and promote a circular economy.
Profit (Profit)
We strive for economic growth in a way that is balanced with our social and environmental objectives. This means that we not only focus on profitability, but also create long-term value for all our stakeholders.
