Seam cover strip
A seam cover strip finishes the transition between two pieces of carpet or level floor sections. It prevents visible seams and keeps the floor visually calm. This profile is ideal for renovations or when two parts need to align neatly. It protects the seam and increases the durability of the floor.
Stair nose profiles
Stair nose profiles protect the front of stair treads and improve grip on the stairs. They prevent wear on the tread edge and create a clear, safe finish. Varistrip
A varistrip is a flexible profile for transitioning between two floor materials with small height differences or tolerances. Useful when LVT and carpet are not perfectly level or when you want a subtle, durable connection. The varistrip clamps both materials securely, keeping the transition stable.
Transition profiles
Transition profiles connect two floors that are at equal or nearly equal height. They cover cut edges and prevent gaps or raised edges. You use them between rooms or when transitioning from soft to hard flooring. The result is a clean, safe and consistent finish.

- Always measure the actual height difference. Small variations in levelling or subfloor determine which profile fits technically.
- Consider the walking line and sight lines in the room. A profile should align logically from the entrance, hallway or stairs to avoid a skewed perspective.
- Never install under tension. The profile must lie relaxed; pressure or force can cause gaps or detachment.
- Always leave enough space for working floors. LVT, laminate and wood must be able to expand and settle without obstruction.
- Always protect or clamp carpet edges. This prevents fraying and keeps the connection strong and neat.
- Check the transition for rolling resistance. Chairs, carts and suitcases should barely feel the transition for optimal user comfort.
- Cut and trim carefully. Use a fine-toothed blade and deburr the edges for a clean, durable finish.
