If you're installing carpet, LVT, or vinyl, you need a tape with strong adhesive power and guaranteed stability. For stair coverings, Tapiton Stair Tape is ideal for securing LVT or vinyl flooring, as it does not dry out or become brittle. To join moisture barriers, you’ll need Tapiton Alu Tape. Whatever the job, there's a tape for it.

The Best Tapes for Underlays and Carpet Padding
If you're installing a floor, you can choose to secure it with tape. For permanent installation of LVT, vinyl, and carpet floors, we recommend Tapiton Flex—a 50 mm wide professional polyester tape that is plasticizer-resistant and easy to apply by hand. Suitable for any underlay.
For temporary carpet installation (such as for trade shows and events), Tapiton TSA is the best choice. This 50 mm wide double-sided carpet tape is removable.
For stairs, you need a special tape: Tapiton Stair. Highly plasticizer-resistant and suitable for LVT (including stair edges and skirting) and vinyl floors. It does not dry out or become brittle. Available in three widths: 30, 60, and 100 mm.
If you need to temporarily layer carpet, the best option is Tapiton Excel, a 50 mm wide double-sided carpet tape with a polyester backing to ensure stability. When removed, carpet fibers remain intact—always a plus.
Moisture-Resistant Tapes
For 100% moisture-proof sealing, we offer two tape options. Use Tapiton Alu, a 50 mm wide tape, for sealing PE moisture barriers and underlays with a moisture barrier.
For sealing underlayment boards with a moisture-resistant barrier, the multi-purpose Naden Tape (48 mm wide) is the perfect choice. Thanks to its reinforced backing, it’s also great for packaging applications.
