It is perfect for both residential and commercial uses. Also, use the Floorfixx smart edge strips for a perfect start on the first row. It is designed for renovating poor subfloors with a minimum top layer thickness of 2.5 mm, including LVT Dryback, LVT Click, vinyl, carpet tiles, LVT Rigid with underlayment, and linoleum.
